TIPS FOR HEALTHY PREGNANCY DIET PLAN:
  • Eat adequate amounts of foods rich in calcium. Taking adequate amounts of calcium may help reduce the risk of hypertension due to pregnancy. Calcium is also essential in bone structure of the baby's development and protects the mothers of bone loss or calcium deficiency.
  • Regularly drinking water during pregnancy can help improve digestion among pregnant women. During pregnancy the digestive process is slower causing constipation. To prevent this, mothers are advised to take high-fiber diet and regular water. Water can help the body get rid of all impurities and keep the digestive process in motion. A part from this,the water also contributes to a proper distribution of nutrients for mothers and babies there.
  • Pregnant women should not sleep for granted. Pregnant women go through tremendous stress during the entire pregnancy period. The reason for this is a rapid change takes place inside and outside their body. The amount of this should be countered not only by healthy diet, but adequate amounts of sleep. Adequate amounts of sleep can help theblood flow normally, what is important is the distribution of oxygen and nutrients to the baby.
